Hedgehogs L O V E this crunchy food!

Every night during from Spring till early Autumn we had a steady flow of Hedgehogs come to the food bowl - they just love this stuff so much so, the big male stood in the water bowl to get at the food.

Great for all the wildlife.

Bought this even though I think our hedgehog is hibernating & I put a little out at night in case it wakes up. It always gets eaten as we have a fox who visits & various other cats , woodmice etc. & is good value.

Brambles Crunchy Hedgehog Food

Happily it is the food that is crunchy and not the hedgehog. My friend Spiky seemed to like Brambles and the Black Soldier Fly Larvae but has now gone into hibernation and the blackbirds have been clearing up the leftovers. A fallen leaf blew up against the entrance to Spiky's home and has not moved for the last few days. The feeding station is a bowl from "Living with Birds" in a short section of leftover drain pipe. Home is an expanded polystyrene coolbox lined with 3ply corrugated cardboard and has a staggered entrance. It has been a family home for some years and seen several youngsters. It has a pipe near the top extending from front to back and providing draft free ventilation.
