How do reward points work?
Create a Chubby account and make sure you're logged in.
You'll then earn reward points on each order you place with us.
Your earned reward points can then be spent on future orders.
How do I redeem points?
It's simple, firstly, you need to login to your Chubby account.
Then you can click on one of the rewards you have on the rewards page to manually copy and paste the voucher code at the checkout.
If you are logged in before going to the checkout, the available voucher codes can be added here. Only one can be applied per order.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire after 12 months from the order if they are not used.
