Unfortunately, we are running ridiculously low on Mealworms - which is bad for us.
Luckily we have a delivery coming on Thursday, so please check back on the 7th if you're after Mealworms.
April 23rd Update
We are experiencing heavy delays with Royal Mail, in some cases customers have been waiting over 2 weeks!
Royal Mail themselves say that things are being delayed due to the Coronavirus, details can be found here
Hermes items are also seeing delays of 1-3 days as they struggle to handle the large parcel volumes.
If you have ordered using a Royal Mail service we would really appreciate you waiting 10 working days after despatch before contacting us.
We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused if you are waiting - but this is entirely out of our hands.
If you are ordering, please bear this in mind, and possibly consider using one of our other curriers.

Parcel Force - 1 to 3 days
Hermes - 2 to 4 days
April 14th Update
We hope you had a lovely Easter!
As we mentioned in our last post, we have been working during the Easter weekend to process and pack orders - we have quite a few packages stacked & ready to go.
We should have an extra DPD collection this morning to help get most orders on their way... However please be patient with our curriers as we suspect they'll have high volumes to fulfill.
April 9th Update (after 2pm):
Our curriers have now been and gone.
Any orders from now will ship Tuesday the 14th.
We will be working Saturday & will be in super early on Tuesday to prepare orders for shipping. We do have a second collection for DPD - so if you are in a hurry for your items please select DPD as your preferred service.

April 5th Update:
Over the last few weeks, we have seen a large increase in demand for our products as people look to have their Chubby Mealworms, wild bird food and other products delivered safely to their door whilst isolating.
We have been working around the clock to try and process all orders within our usual time frame (we aim to ship all orders placed before 2pm the same working day) while working as safely as possible.
Items do frequently go out of stock but we are contently ordering more from our suppliers, so if something is showing 'out of stock' please check back soon or contact us and we'll let you know when your item is available.
Courier Updates:
DPD, Parcelforce, and Hermes are pretty much operating as normal. There may be some localised issues due to staff shortages in some areas but this should only result in a short delay.
Royal Mail are experiencing delays of several days or more in some areas so please be patient with your deliveries. We are noticing seconds class items are taking a week in some areas to arrive. If items are urgent consider upgrading your delivery to a courier service. The latest Royal Mail Service details can be found here.
We are extremely grateful to all of our loyal customers and new customers that have come across us at these difficult times. We will be doing everything we can to keep operating and shipping orders out without delay while keeping everyone safe.

March 25th Update:
At the moment we are shipping as normal.
Delivery times could take a little longer than usual, but we are doing our very best to ship orders as quickly as we can.
Please try to complete your orders before 1pm for a chance of next-day delivery.
As a small family run business, we are working to the best of our ability to bring you your orders whilst adhering to the government guidelines. We have Ben and Alex working in the warehouse separately to pack and prepare the orders and Karly working from home.
In these testing times, we understand the importance of simple pleasures such as feeding the Garden Birds and our keeping our pets happy.
