Royal Mail Strikes
We would expect / hope couriers to have caught up before Christmas as volumes entering the network should drop in the next few days. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up any delivery, the couriers are doing all they can to deliver things as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on the tracking as that provides the best information. Even if there are no scans on parcels for a few days or more there isn't anything we can do until the volumes drop after Christmas as they do not have time to try and locate individual items and would not even do so if we asked.
Royal Mail will be delivering all the items they can but they have a huge backlog to work through and with more strike days upcoming the situation is not going to improve anytime soon. Some items are being delivered within a few days, whereas other items are still undelivered from November. Again we do expect all items to be delivered eventually but there are long delays and we cannot do anything to speed up individual deliveries.
We know this is not the most helpful information but I hope you can understand the situation and be patient.
