Where do your dried mealworms come from?

Our dried mealworms are sourced from both China and the EU. Unlike sellers who simply buy the cheapest stock available at the time, we work with trusted suppliers we’ve built long-standing relationships with. This allows us to focus not only on price, but also on quality, welfare standards, and how the mealworms are bred and processed.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders over £35 to mainland UK addresses.

Do you deliver to Europe?

At present, we’re unable to ship orders directly to European countries due to Brexit. However, customers in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Sweden can find our products available via Amazon.

Which couriers do you use for delivery?

Orders under 2kg are usually sent via Royal Mail or Amazon Shipping.
Orders over 2kg and over £40 are typically shipped with DPD.
If you need your order especially quickly, faster delivery options are available at checkout.

Why do you sell some products in litres and others in kilograms?

This is a question we’re asked quite often. Products sold in bags are measured by weight (kilograms), while products sold in tubs are measured by volume (litres).

Dried products can vary in weight due to factors such as moisture content and the size of the insects. Our tubs hold a fixed volume, and filling them by weight could result in tubs appearing underfilled or overfilled. By selling tubs by volume, we ensure you receive a consistent amount of product every time.
