Loop way too small

The birds seem to like the contents but the rope loops are tiny! They don’t fit on my branches that I use, so I’ve had to recycle the loops from another brand.
I’ll stick to the other brand in future.

Excess Single Use Plastic!

The suet is great for the birds and I am confident it is superior quality. However, I was quite horrified that every single coconut shell was individually wrapped in single use plastic! There are other brands who do not do this and the shells and suet all stay in place. The wrapping needs a serious review as I sadly won’t buy it again until they have got rid of all the excess single use plastic!
